Who we are
Palantir Group is a software and technology company developing enterprise platforms across security, privacy, and customer operations. We work in domains where the technical requirements are high and the consequences of poor execution are real.
Our focus is deliberately narrow. We invest deeply in specific problem domains — security operations, data governance, customer engagement — rather than spreading across unrelated areas. This focus allows us to build software that genuinely performs in its environment, rather than software that approximates what professionals need.
Each platform we develop is the result of sustained engagement with the problem space: understanding the workflows, failure modes, and operational pressures that shape how technology actually gets used under real conditions.
How we work
Building software for security or compliance is not only a technical challenge. It requires deep familiarity with the workflows, pressures, and failure modes that professionals actually encounter — and the ability to translate that understanding into systems that remain reliable under load, over time, and across operating environments.
We approach product development with discipline and a strong bias towards execution. We maintain what we build, respond to the environments we deploy into, and treat long-term reliability as a design constraint from the first architectural decision.
Our teams are technically strong and operationally literate. We don't build in isolation from the environments we're building for.
